Trevor is an associate attorney practicing in the firm's litigation section. He joined the firm in 2011. Trevor is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.


Property Damage and Personal Injury Defense

Trevor's litigation experience began defending the insureds of major insurance companies against property damage and personal injury claims. Through this practice, Trevor has represented clients against allegations involving product liability, premises liability, and negligence. Trevor continues to represent clients in both small loss and catastrophic loss cases.

Commercial Litigation

A large portion of Trevor's practice includes commercial litigation, both asserting and defending claims on behalf of clients. Trevor has assisted clients with contract disputes, including construction litigation; small businesses disputes, including claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty; debt collection and priority disputes; and employment disputes, including defending against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, and involving other federal and state employment laws.

Oil and Gas Litigation

A large portion of Trevor's practice also includes representing clients in oil and gas matters. Trevor has represented clients in lease interpretation and lease termination disputes; mineral deed and royalty deed interpretation disputes; enforcing rights under joint operating agreements and master service agreements; landowner surface damage and use disputes; and title disputes.

State Appeals

Trevor has briefed state court appeals regarding oil and gas surface use disputes.
