Brandon is an associate practicing in the Oil and Gas Section. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION
Oil and Gas Title Examination and Transactional Work

Brandon concentrates his practice on examining oil and gas titles and rendering title opinions, both abstract-based and "stand up" examinations. He frequently prepares and renders advice regarding instruments in oil and gas transactions. Brandon has experience in transactions and disputes involving oil and gas leases, mineral and surface conveyances, royalty rights, ratifications, easements, purchase and sale agreements, security instruments, water disposal agreements, joint operating agreements, drilling contracts, and Texas Railroad Commission regulations.
