Darren practices in the Litigation Section.

AREA OF CONCENTRATION

Darren assists in oil & gas, hospital and general civil litigation. He is also legal counsel to Midland Memorial Hospital where he has experience in a range of hospital issues, including physician leases and agreements, hospital business ventures and real estate transactions, and regulatory fraud and abuse issues.

Prior to attending law school, Darren spent six years as a high school English and Philosophy teacher in a school district near Houston, Texas. During law school, Darren worked in the Texas Medical Center in Houston as the director of a cancer information service, which assisted cancer patients and their families seeking cancer treatment and resources.
