David is an associate practicing in the Oil and Gas Section. He is licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

Title Examination and Transactional Work

David spends the majority of his time examining oil and gas titles, rendering title opinions, and preparing documents for use in the oil and gas industry. Title opinions may be based on abstract examination or done by "stand-up" examination in the county clerk's office. Document preparation includes deeds, leases, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, seismic option agreements, gas processing agreements, gas purchase contracts, easements, and many other hybrid documents a client may need.
