Lance practices in the firm’s Litigation Section. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Texas and New Mexico and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

Lance has experience litigating personal injury lawsuits.  He has successfully resolved lawsuits through voluntary settlements, alternative dispute resolution and trial.  Lance devotes a significant portion of his practice prosecuting and defending clients in cases involving claims for personal injury and wrongful death, including oilfield injuries, on-the-job accidents and automobile accidents.  He works with a number of insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of personal injury lawsuits, including claims investigation, pretrial discovery and trial representation.
