Nate practices in the firm's Litigation Section. He was admitted to practice law in Texas, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas in 2006.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

            Nate assists clients in defending and pursuing actions involving Business disputes, Oil and Gas disputes, Employment and Labor issues, and Personal Injury.  In addition, Nate assists senior litigation attorneys with research, the drafting of pleadings and discovery, and the daily handling of matters involving a variety of complex oil and gas litigation matters, employment and labor claims, debt collections, contract disputes, and a variety of other civil matters.

           Prior to joining Cotton Bledsoe, Nate practiced in Dallas where he focused on commercial litigation and family law cases involving extensive and complex marital estates.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

            Nate is a member of the Midland County Young Lawyers Association, the Midland Bar Association, and is active in supporting The Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center.

During law school, Nate received American Jurisprudence Awards for Superior Academic Achievement in Commercial Law as well as  Texas Criminal Procedure.
