Steve is a shareholder in the firm's Business Section and serves on the Board of Directors. He has been an author and speaker on entity choice and formation on many occasions. Steve currently serves on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board for the City of Midland and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association and the Non-Profit Resource Center.
AREAS OF CONCENTRATION
Business Entity Formation/Termination and Transactions
Steve counsels clients in the structure and formation of business entities and represents clients in various forms of reorganization, including mergers, conversion, and dissolution. He also represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions of all sizes.
Acquisitions and Dispositions
Steve devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing clients in both acquiring and disposing of entities and assets.
