Bradley is a member in the Firm's Litigation Section. Bradley has a varied litigation practice, representing clients throughout West Texas - and in over 80 counties throughout the state. Bradley is licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas, all four districts for the United States District Courts, the Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bradley is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation


Energy and Real Property

Bradley represents clients dealing with energy and real property matters throughout the State of Texas, including disputes involving the following: Lease interpretation; Joint operating agreements; Royalty over payments/under payments; Division orders; Purchase and sale agreements; Master Service Agreements; Adverse possession; and title disputes. He represents operators, working interest owners, oilfield service companies, mineral and surface owners, in all phases of acquisition, operation and divestiture. Bradley represents clients involved in title, boundary, easement, adverse possession, and road access issues throughout the State of Texas.

Personal Injury

Bradley is a native West Texan who utilizes his familiarity with the oil and gas industry, particularly drilling and pipeline operations, as an asset in handling personal injury litigation. He represents corporate and insurance clients in a broad range of catastrophic claims including drilling, pipeline, chemical, and trucking accidents. Bradley has successfully defended corporate clients in mass toxic tort cases alleged air and water pollution claims, as well as multi district litigation (MDL) for asbestos and silicosis claims.

General Commercial Litigation

Bradley represents several banks and credit unions in the community, and has gained expertise in the creditor/debtor relationships that occur in the oil and gas industry.

Bradley is a member of the Litigation Section and the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Bradley is an active speaker at various Continuing Education Programs.
