In 1974, six attorneys in Midland, Texas, joined forces to establish a law firm that would provide quality service in legal representation to the oil and gas industry, financial institutions and other businesses and individuals in Midland and other areas of West Texas.
Today, we have around 40 attorneys and an office that utilizes the most current technologies to provide cost-efficient and highly effective legal services to our clients. We continue with our original mission of service, delivered with a friendly, team-oriented approach. We offer our clients creative, cost-effective, and common sense solutions to complex legal problems. Our clients appreciate receiving the level of service of a larger law firm within the atmosphere of a smaller firm.

From our offices in Midland – in the center of one of the major oil and gas centers of the Southwest – our attorneys provide legal services and litigation support to companies and individuals throughout Texas and across the nation.
