Bill Berry has participated in over 300 mediations. Bill grew up in West Texas. He has tried lawsuits, mediated cases, and handled cases on appeal for nearly thirty years in Texas and New Mexico. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and businesses, charitable institutions, and governmental entities. He has broad experience in oil and gas litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense litigation in both state and federal courts. He has served as lead counsel on hundreds of cases that were resolved through bench trial, jury trial, arbitration, mediation, or other means of voluntary settlement. His clients appreciate his knowledge, experience, skill, care, judgment, and common sense approach to solving difficult legal issues. Bill will be prepared and he will work hard to settle your case.
