Biography

Kyle is an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s Litigation Section. He is licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle practiced law in Houston focusing on serving clients in personal injury, property damage, and product defect cases. Since moving to Midland and joining the firm, Kyle brings this experience and his focus on finding solutions for his clients. 

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

Kyle’ practice primarily consists of complex commercial litigation matters involving business, contract, oil and gas, construction, property disputes, and personal injury/insurance defense. He represents individuals, large and small corporate clients, and insurance carriers and their insureds on various matters including trademark infringement, pipeline failures, property damage, rig blowouts, tractor-trailer accidents, operating agreements and master service agreements, product defects, catastrophic injuries/fatalities, collection matters, commercial tort/DTPA lawsuits, and estate and trust fiduciary duty litigation matters. Kyle has tried several of these matters to juries, resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients.
