Biography
Ty is an associate attorney practicing in the firm's Litigation Section and is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Additionally, Ty is licensed to practice law in New Mexico.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ty practiced law in Dallas, focusing on construction disputes, complex commercial disputes, and business disputes in both state and federal courts.
Ty represents clients in pursuing and defending actions involving personal injury, business disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, commercial tort/DTPA lawsuits, and oil and gas disputes. Ty assists senior litigation attorneys with research, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, deposition preparation, and the daily management of complex oil and gas, business, and personal injury cases.
